Pep Rocca – Managing Director
Pep provides years of Accounting and Property knowledge and experience.
As the founding partner of RCR Partners, establishing the firm in 1995 he continues as an adviser to many of the accounting firm’s original clients. Pep is currently focussed on completing the Coles Norwood redevelopment and the Coca Cola re-bottling plant redevelopment, a couple of the more recent projects.
Rick Capaldo – General Manager
Rick contributes over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry. Rick has managed a variety of medium to large scale commercial projects ranging from $10million – $150million in value across a number of sectors, including – retail, health, defence and industrial.
Rick’s role as General Manager is to manage all facets of the business, extending across both the commercial and residential construction departments. Rick is also responsible for the development and constructions areas of the business across the APD, Rocca Property Group and F&E Rocca Builders & Contractors companies.
Dom Ciampa – Operations Manager
Dom contributes 18 years collectively across various facets of the business. Dom’s current role as Operations Manager sees him responsible for all operations within the business including all accounts, payroll and administrative matters. Further to this, Dom provides support to the entire construction team, utilising his vast experience having been with the business for over 18 years.
Peter Karidis – Residential Construction Manager
Peter contributes 30 years collectively across the residential construction industry. Having worked within residential construction for three decades, Peter’s vast knowledge and experience assures delivery of our residential projects to the highest standards and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Matthew Loprete – Junior Project Manager
Matt provides 7 years of Tier 1 civil construction experience and 5 years of commercial and residential construction experience.
Currently undertaking further studies in commercial construction whilst completing our internal training program, Matt is eager to learn and is keen to contribute.
Frank Faranda – Senior Site Manager
Frank contributes over 30 years experience in the building & construction industry.
Frank specialises in the onsite supervision and site management of:
– new commercial builds
– office fit outs & refurbishmens
– multi storey fit outs
– retail fit outs
– external building redevelopment
Joe Costanzo – Senior Site Manager
Joe contributes over 30 years experience in the building & construction industry.

– commercial building/warehouse builds
– retail and medical builds & fit outs
